3 Keys to Drinking More Water - Get Your Ounces in With Less Effort

If you are anything like most people, drinking an enough water every day seems impossible to do.  You may start out with good intentions, but somehow the water never seems to make it to your mouth.  So here are three keys to keeping your body properly hydrated.  All are very simple and easy to do.

1.  Get a large container that you can keep the water in.  If you have a large container, you won't have to worry about going back and forth to the water cooler or the refrigerator to get refills.  It's so easy to get caught up in whatever you are doing that you never make it back to the water cooler at all.  But if you have a large container, you don't have to worry about frequent trips.

2.  Add lemon juice to your water.   This is a big help for those who don't like the plain taste of water.  Water does not have to be boring.  A squeeze of lemon juice can give your water the kick it needs to make the flavor more interesting and desirable for you to drink.

3.  Replace any other beverages that you drink daily with water.  This will increase your water intake and help your system by eliminating things like sodas, juices, and coffee from your diet.  As a bonus, drinking only water helps the body eliminate wastes and can aid in keeping your skin clear and moisturized.

You may not be accustomed to drinking 8 or more glasses of water a day, but these tricks will help make the transition easier.  You'll also enjoy the benefits of clearer skin and a boost in your energy level due to the increased waste removal. Why not get started drinking water now?  You could be on your way to looking and feeling better than you ever have.
